We listened to your feedback from previous years and have put a lot of effort into making the site, process and information easier to use.
This year, there's no login to the PHCS portal required, and ALL portions can be completed easily on your phone! Complete forms and steps through the
TM Annual Requirements Site, and finish the in-services through the EdApp portal you used in 2023.

- Update Your Contact Information
Fill out and submit the contact information update form.
- Review and Sign Policy Compliance
Make sure you review the polices and sign the document of understanding. Note: You must be compliant for at least 2 weeks in order to qualify for the full incentive. If you have any questions or issues, don’t hesitate to call us!
- Complete Required Annual In-Services
Dive into your mandatory training sessions and complete them.
Don’t worry if you miss the December 1 deadline—you can still earn a reward! However, the amount decreases by $50 each week after that date.
