As we gear up for tax season, we wanted to send a quick reminder about an important change for the 2023 tax year. Due to some internal restructuring within our organization, you will be receiving two W-2 forms for tax year 2023 only.

Here's what you need to know:

1. You will receive one W-2 from In Home We Care and another from Pro Health Care Services.
   
2. This is a one-time occurrence and will not affect your taxes in future years.
   
3. Please ensure that you provide both W-2 forms to your tax preparer or use both when filing your taxes to ensure accurate reporting.
   
4. Going forward, all W-2 forms will be issued solely by Pro Health Care Services.
   

We understand that this may seem unusual, but rest assured that it's a straightforward process. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out for clarification.
