The On-Call Line is available for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply call the number, choose extension 7 and leave a message. We will call you back shortly unless your message states this is not necessary. 

This method MUST be used to report ALL urgent matters such as:

  • Incident Reporting / Unusual Incidents 
  • Hospitalizations
